RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the “Withdraw from Contract” function available on our website. If you use this function, we will promptly send you confirmation by email containing the details of your withdrawal request and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will issue the reimbursement using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Services Beginning During the Withdrawal Period
If you have expressly requested that a booked service begin during the fourteen-day withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount for the portion of the service provided before we received your notice of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that you expressly requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period had expired and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed.
Digital Content
For paid digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once you have expressly consented to the performance beginning before the withdrawal period has expired, acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the provision of the content begins, and received the corresponding contractual confirmation.
