ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Yesenia.
I was born in Peru, raised under the warmth of the sun and the wisdom of nature, and today I call Germany home.
I am a Reiki Master, yogi, energy worker & intuitive, mother of two beautiful souls, lover of life and the founder of WITHIN. But my path into healing did not begin with Reiki.
It began with exhaustion.
Far away from my family, navigating motherhood in a new country, I slowly lost connection with myself while caring for everyone around me. Until one day, my body simply said:
Enough.
That moment changed everything. I found Reiki and through Reiki, I found myself again. And so it became the beginning of my journey back home—to myself.

ROOTS
I grew up beneath ancient volcanoes, where fire and stillness exist side by side. Where mountains were never just mountains, and nature was never just scenery. It was alive, it listened, it taught.
Long before Reiki, long before certifications, long before I understood any of it ---nature was already bringing me home.
I don’t call myself a shaman.
But I deeply honor the ancient wisdom of my ancestors, that shaped my way of seeing the world—the quiet guidance of Pachamama, nature, the elements, the unseen, the power of energy medicine, and the sacred connection we all share.
Today, I simply remember.
And therefore, I create spaces where others can remember, too.

WITHIN was never meant to belong to just one place.
It was created to meet you where you are—whether that’s in a peaceful studio, surrounded by nature, during a women’s circle, at a retreat, or in a quiet moment created just for you.
Every experience is thoughtfully designed with the same intention: To help you slow down, reconnect, and remember the wisdom that has always lived within you.
Based in Borgstedt, I offer restorative experiences throughout Northern Germany in carefully chosen spaces and meaningful collaborations that support presence, connection, and well-being.
